I am a singer / songwriter from Pensacola, Florida, was raised on a farm in South Carolina. My country music chief influences included Jimmie Rodgers, Hank Thompson and Lefty Frizzell. By the time I was twenty, I was working as a commercial pilot.In 1986, moved to Nashville, where he eventually became a staff writer at Acuff-Rose. Charley Pride, David Ball and Mark Collie are among the artists who have recorded my songs.
