Is there a reason to think Santa hats are bad?
I had written to someone I know to tell them that my Santa hat and my friend’s Santa hat had came in the mail, along with the saddle I’d been waiting for. After seeing it, she had said “well, the saddle sounds great, have to say I am not a fan of Santa hats, but there are worse things going on in the world.”
This person celebrates Christmas, decorates her house for Christmas, loves singing Christmas carols, and exchanges Christmas presents with people.
Why do you think she would say that to me about the Santa hats?
I know everyone has there own preferences, but another thing, is that I wear my Santa hat at this time of year, because it’s cold an snowy, and it’s warm, yet she has never acted like she disliked it before or said anything about it.
I’m just confused at why someone who seems to celebrate the rest of the holiday, seem to think that Santa hats are a crime, or something huge that should be done away with.
